Blast from the Past - Shoulders

I decided that every Friday I'm going to do a "Blast from the Past" post with a story or something that I've written B.B. (Before Blogging). It will help you all get to know us a little better and maybe even give you a laugh or two! :)

Kassidy in Spring 2004

May 4, 2004
I arranged to meet Frank for lunch at the PX (Post Exchange). We have never been there in the middle of the week in the middle of the day before; we usually only go on weekends. The food court was packed with uniformed men and women on their lunch break. We walked in the door and Kassidy's eyes became huge and she tugged on my shirt and said in amazement, "Mommy, there are SHOULDERS EVERYWHERE!"

That's so funny! My Zoie always looks around in a room full of soldiers and says "Is that my daddy?", "Is that my daddy?", "Is that my daddy?"
