I knew it would happen eventually, I was just figuring it would be more like 4 months from now. I was at Wal-Mart today, Keeghan was sitting in the front of the cart and Kennedy was in the back. We were picking out some Gerber meals for Keeghan when a lady walks by and says....
"Oh how cute! Are they TWINS?!"
Uhhh... no. "Nope, they're not," I reply with a smile. I go back to my browsing...
"Oh well they must be awfully close!"
*sigh* "Actually they're 3 years apart..."
(insert shocked look here)
"Ohhh... well... they're adorable!"
Uh huh. "Thank you."
Sooo any guesses on how many times I'll hear this in the next year?!

You'll hear it millions of time. So many times that you almost decide to just say, "Yes, they are twins."
People are always asking if Jordan and Frankie are twins. They are 3 years apart.
Gonna have to get used to it! LOL I get that with Bria and AB and they are only 15 mos apart, but when I say no, they're over a year apart they always say "yes, that one does look a little older" and point to AB. She's younger. *sigh* I'm getting ready for the triplets comments LOL
Oh boy! I haven't gotten the twins thing, but people are always surprised when I tell them how old d is.
I'm 2 years older than my sister and people always thought we were twins. Best part is, when they found out we weren't the thought she was the older one! Hee Hee :)
LOL...I still get it for Brit and Kallie too...I think it's just cause they are so similar in size...oh and the fact that they are both gorgeous kids!
I get "How old is the baby?" He's FOUR! My favorite though was a flight attendant that said "How many months old is the baby?". She was shocked when I replied "48 months. Isn't he a doll?"
Mine are two years apart, but I've gotten that since the younger one was 4 months old (and still get it now that they are almost 5yr and 7yrs old respectively).
You will continue to get such comments, but hopefully there is some comfort in knowing you aren't the only one.

I don't think they look the same age. How silly! The baby looks like a baby, and Kennedy looks like a toddler.
When Cheyenne was only 4 months old and Mercede was 2 years old, I would get that!! lol
Now Mercede is very tiny, she will be 18 in September and is only 4'6, actually they said under that, but I am adding some more. Well she loves scratch off tickets and in SEptember will be able to buy them herself. I need to go get her an ID, but I still think she is going to have alot of problems buying them still!! lol But it is nice letting resturants still think she is under 12 so we get cheaper rates!! lol
You will probably hear it enough to just start saying yes they are. LOL
I never got the twin comments but I did have people tell me what an adorable little boy Emily was.
One day a woman said how cute my son was when Emily was in a pink dress with pink shoes, pierced ears (both of them, lol), and a pink bow ala Pebbles on top of her head. I was having a bad day and asked her if she was psychic. She said, "No, why?" and I answered, "Because I don't have a son, and I was wondering if you knew something I didn't." That shut her up, lol.
I get that ALL the time girl!! I just say he's big she's small.
I get the triplets questions a lot with the twins and Jonah (two years apart). The twins have always been on the small side, and Jonah is big. But I don't mind that one so much as "Are you done yet?" Or even better, "You know what causes that, right?" My friend always snaps back, "Yes, and we have separated our toothbrushes."
And I just have to say, that Keeghan is the cutest thing I have seen in a loooong time. Are his eyes always that big and sparkly???
I'm late on this one...
I was just wondering if you got asked that a lot when I saw the picture above with the baby gate that Kennedy put up. I got asked that every time I went somewhere with Max and Sam for probably about 2 years. It stopped when Max turned 5 1/2 years old. They are 26 months apart. You'll have to get used to it for a while I bet.
Thanks Rebecca! :) Yep his eyes are always that way... Kam's too! My big brown eyed boys :).
