How does she know?! (Another tooth tale)
OK there must be something in my water that's making my kids' teeth fall out! haha Kass lost a tooth today (picture to follow later)... that's 4 teeth in 8 days (in case anyone is keeping track). So anyway, Kassidy asked me how the tooth fairy knows that a tooth is under your pillow. I figure someone out there in the blogosphere must know! Anyone?!

I don't even try. We label all those bunny/fairy/claus characters "pretend." It's way easier. ;)
tooth radar?
I'm with Michelle tooth radar! Isn't it?
I'm not sure how she knows, but I do know sometimes she has a really busy night and doesn't make it or comes in the morning when they are in the bathroom. I'll be checking out for the answer to your question, although tooth radar sounds reasonable.
My mom always told me that since she is the tooth fairy that she knew all things teeth. Basically tooth radar. I'm afraid I must have bought it. I don't really remember though. Seems like I always knew he was pretend.
I always just say "she just knows". You know, like a magic thing.
Funny story, I was telling my daughter that she should always wash her hands after touching money, because it is so dirty. And then she retorts - except the money that comes from the tooth fairy, right? Now how do you answer that?
Yep, she just knows. It's magic like that.
I guess the same way that Santa knows if you're good or bad. I like the tooth "radar"!
