Cicada Bugs...
So as we drove into Cincinnati we saw big flying bugs... EVERYWHERE! At first we thought they were bees, which scared the heck out of me! haha But once we arrived at the hotel we opened our door to the deafening sound of the Cicada bugs. They were EVERYWHERE! I had heard about them coming out by the thousands, but in TN we have a few here and there and that's it... let me tell you... as we tried to unload the van we had them on our clothes, in our hair, just swarming us! GROSSSSSSSS What do you think? Would you like one of these things on you?!

I would have gotten back in the car and returned to TN. I HATE bugs!!!! Especially ones that fly at me and then get on me...yuck!!! I know you would have heard me screaming in TN if they were swarming me! Hope everyone sleeps well.
So how many of them did you kill?! Have never been around a full blown invasion but hear that it's crazy noisy.

I live in Ohio and they are awful! I don't care for bugs of any kind!
I think I'm okay with living in the smog in southern california.....that is one ugly bug....sigh
OMG we had a cicada break out here in DC a few years ago. It was the most disgusting thing ever. You literally had them buzzing in your ear and stuck in your hair, even to just run in the store. GROSS!
