Operation HomeFront is generously providing our housing while we are in Philadelphia for Kennedy's surgery. Today we found out where we are staying so I was looking it up online and found that they have a pool on the roof! How cool is that?!Anyway, I was telling the kids about this... and apparently I don't explain things well... our conversation went a little like this:
Me: Guess what guys? The hotel we are staying at in Philly has a pool on the roof!
Kass & Kam: COOL!!!
Kam: The pool is on the roof?
Me: Yep!
Kam: Where is the pool?
Me: On the roof.
Kam: What roof?
Me: The roof of the hotel.
Kam: What's on the roof?
Me: The POOL!
Kam: The pool is on the roof?
Me: YES!
Kam: Where is the roof?
Me: *smacking my head* Nevermind!
Does this conversation confuse anyone but me? The pool is on the roof! Of the hotel! In Philly! Seriously.

Now won't that be cool? I stayed at a hotel in calgary with a pool on the roof. It felt weird. LOL

I told Luke about your pool on the roof to see what he thought of it. He said, "a pool? on the roof!? you can't have a pool on the roof. that's silly. Then it wouldn't be the roof.

LOL Too funny. Sounds like a conversation that would occur in my house. In DC, all the of buildings have them on the roof. So fun!
