The first day of school
I officially have a first and a third grader! The kids were so excited this morning to get to school! I walked them both to their classes and met their teachers and then visited with a few of their past teachers for a few minutes. And I got a little teary eyed. I thought that was only supposed to happen for Kindergarten! HA! Anyway, here are some pictures.

I think it's hard every year seeing them go off that first day. Looks like they are already enjoying it though. Can't wait to hear the fun stories from their first day.
Too cute! Was Kennedy lonely today without the two older ones? Is she feeling okay now?
I wished I could send our girls back to school already. Here in Canada they don't go until after the long weekend in Sept. My girls love school and they can't wait to go back. They are starting to drive us crazy hehehehehe

How cute! I just noticed how long Kassidy's hair is already! She could donate it soon! Didn't she do that before?
They look so grown up!!!!! Mine go next wed and I am counting the minutes!!!!! (ok micro seconds for Princess Grumpy!)

Now wait a second...not only is it the beginning of August, which is WAY too early to go back to school, but they start their first day of school on a Friday??? What's with that!?? Actually, now that I think about it, Kaia's first day of school is on a friday too! LOL. But that's only cuz they stagger in the Kindgergareners and her day happens to be a friday, but the rest of the school starts the tuesday after Labour Day.
I too noticed how long Kassidy's hair got all of a sudden! Didn't she JUST chop it all off?
I can't believe you guys are back in school already! And wow, Kassidy's hair grew back quick!
I didn't realize Kassidy was the same age as Taylor (probably realized this at one time and promptly forget..haha). I have heard 3rd is the hardest of the elementary years...lets hope everyone that says that is wrong! Hope they had wonderful days...Taylor's 1st day is monday and we stagger kindergarten for the 1st 2 weeks so Caleb only goes 2 days those 2 weeks and then starts full time on the 25th :(
Wow! School already!! I thought we started early. Both the kids and I start on the same day again this year, August 25. NOT looking forward to having a son in Middle School this year.
I LOVE Kassidy's hair!! Jasmyne has naturally curly hair, it's a pain at times!

Back to school already? Wow, we go back in September. They do look excited though....you can tell they love school.
