We're leaving... on a jet plane!

Tomorrow, Kennedy and I will be flying back to Philadelphia to have her halo removed. We go to Shriners at 7am Friday. I can't believe this halo is coming off already... makes me SO nervous! On the other hand, I can't wait to cuddle her and give her a bath... and cuddle her!!! PLEASE start praying now that the removal doesn't scare her... they said they would give her light sedation, but I don't think she'll be completely out. Pray also that her neck stays SAFE and continues to heal well!

Kass, Kam and Keeghan will be staying with my mom here so the older two won't miss school and Keeghan... well... so he won't torture the other passengers! haha

You'll see pics... of course!

That would make me nervous too! Praying for safe travels and that everything medically goes just great. I pray she has healed more than the Drs expected and that there will be no complications.

I will be thinking of you this weekend.

God Bless!
Ann

Didn't you just come home? I hope all goes well tomorrow and Friday. When do you fly back home? Oh and your mom is so great taking the other three for you like that. You're very lucky to have her.

Big prayers for a painless removal of the halo and that Sincess Kennedy is "unaware" of what is happening. Also prayers for safe travel to and from. Don't cram in too many "cheese steaks" while you're there, Renee!

prayers for a safe flight, successful removal of the surgery, and success in keeping her neck stable! It would freak me out a little having it come off so early!

That would make me nervous, too. I hope they use the type of brace that comes up the back of the neck! Praying for you and for the docs.

oh my- that is so exciting. I bet you can hardly wait to hold and cuddle her up close. Praying that it is removed painlessly and she isn't scared.

Hope your travels go smoothly and stay safe!

(I really gotta get back to the post office and re-mail Kennedy's package. Maybe I can get that done this weekend so that you guys can have it when you get home!)

Praying for everything to go smoothly. How are the wounds around the screws? Are they going to heal okay?

Oh wow! I can't believe it is coming off already. What does this do to her recovery?

Just praying things go well..... what an amazing kid you have (well, 4 amazing kids, of course) that she is handling this all without sedation! I would be asking for some (for me) if I was the mommy!! Thanks for your sweet comment on my blog as well!
