A dog or a horse?!

Kennedy brought this... dog horse animal up from the playroom today and said, "LOOK Mom! A horsey!!" Hmmm

When I told her that it looked like a doggy to me, she made this face of disagreement:

But really, I mean, she's kind of right... THESE are most definitely horse legs...

So what the heck is it? This half dog, half horse being... and WHY do people make toys that confuse me kids? Sheesh!

I know what you mean. Mattie has a cow/giraffe. At first, we called him moo-moo. Then someone said it was a giraffe. So now it's sometimes called gee-gee. We're so confused :~)

Great Pictures! You photograph the best expressions of
your children. Do you always have your camera handy....like maybe tucked in your bra?!? HA HA!

My family has had the same issue with Goofy! My sister has insisted for years that Goofy is a cow - the rest of us say he is a dog. Renee, given you are the Disney Expert - What would you say Goofy is?

Hey, Sarah thinks all giraffe are doggies and bark. There is no convincing her differently. If fact, if you bring it up she just pursues it more. Cow also go boo, not moo. She can say moo, she has just decided to annoy me and start saying boo and all ckickens are ducks and quack with all the ducks, but at therapy they are chickens. Go figure. I definately think we need to get the girls together for a playdate, no telling what they would come up with. That dog does have horse legs. Silly toy makers.

I have never understood why toy makers do that. Kassidy had this stuffed animal that was suppose to be a cow but looked alot like a giraffe. She used this doll as a pillow and LOVED it.. I was never sure what that thing was LOL!~

Well, I'm with Kennedy - it's a horsey and she should name it "Fido".
And Goofy? I am pretty sure he's a doggy!

First off--I am almost positive Goofy is a Dog.

Second---Kennedy is just precious, Renee! I say it's what happens when a horse and a dog get together and decide to have babies. LMAO!

What I have never understood is why Goofy (a dog) is Mickey's friend...but Pluto (also a dog) is Mickey's pet. They are the same species...but Goofy walks on two legs, wears clothes and talks...weird!

She is so right and so adorable at the same time.

Goofy is a dog. Claribel is a cow. Pluto is a dog too but for some reason Goofy walks on two legs and talks and Pluto walks on four legs and barks. Odd.

Good question. Maybe is a Dorse. Hog brings on a whole different meaning and it looks nothing like that.

Yeah, we've had a couple of those hybrid-type stuffed animals... love the expression in the second pic!

I'm pretty sure Goofy and Pluto are both dogs, so now I too am concerned about why Goofy is apparently more evolved than Pluto. What gives??

I have an I-don't-know-what-it-is stuffed animal. I say dog, my dad always said monkey. It too has long legs and arms. I still have him, he is about 29 yrs old.
