Hi Renee, I've been reading your blog almost daily since the button for Kennedy's surgery showed up on Meredith's blog. You've made me laugh out loud and cry and I pray for your family every night. If you can get to know someone by reading their words I know that you are an amazing person. I love how you speak your faith. I've learned more about childhood cancer than I ever knew. I sent people to Chili's on the St. Jude's day and a clutter bug at my work is having a cubicle sale and asked me what we should donate the money to - I said St. Jude's and then told her we should donate to Reece's Rainbow for the next one. I've read about the children you've known that lost their battle with cancer and I agree "Cancer sucks!"
This is so not all I've wanted to say when I've considered leaving a comment to something that has moved me. I think it was daunting to try and share with a total stranger how much another total stranger has touched my life. So, just so you know you have touched my life in so many ways. Thank you.
Blessing to all of you, Kelley
P.S. You've inspired me to take the new year to start updating my blog. We'll see. It's hard to think of how to keep it short and not write a novel each time :o)
P.P.S. I love that your husband got to come home and tell him, again, how great his post for your anniversary was. You have a truly beautiful family.
