It is a tie for me between freshly baked chocolate chip cookies and a freshly bathed baby (those are from 2 very different catergories aren't they :)

Hmmmm, I don't think I can pick just one. I love the smell of the kids after a bath, but I also love the smell of anything chocolate baking in the oven.

Praying right now!
Psalms 4:6-8 There be many that say, Who will shew us any good? LORD, lift thou up the light of thy countenance upon us. Thou hast put gladness in my heart, more than in the time that their corn and their wine increased. I will both lay me down in peace, and sleep: for thou, LORD, only makest me dwell in safety.

The bark of Jeffrey Pine Trees. It smells like vanilla, and reminds me of my childhood. Oh, just thinking of it makes me miss my home town and growing up so much. Mmmm...

The smell in the air after a fresh rain. And we get a lot of that out here in the Pacific Northwest :)

The OCEAN. And if you ask about my favorite sound it would be the same response.

Too hard to pick just one! Freshly ground coffee, baking bread, anything cinnamon, and kids fresh from the bath.

As for the commentor who likes the smell of manure...come to my place on a hot and humid summer day right after the farms behind me have "fertilized" their fields. Sooooo not pleasant. I think the heat makes it stink more!

Anything chocolate baking, or back when my Grandmother was alive, anything she baked/cooked, but ESPECIALLY her home-made rolls! Yummmyyy! She made rolls every week for years...in fact, she was so well known for them, that it was even mentioned at her funeral! She was a wonderful Christian woman, and would share them w/ friends. And now I have to stop before I cry.

Other family members have tried to make them, & they turn out OK.

Could never pick just one, babies, mens cologne, most any candle other than vanilla, downey or snuggle, good food cooking, bread baking, could go on and on and on..........how about worse smells? lol
