In this post I told you all I'm going on a diet. I know there are probably a bunch of you out there in the same boat I'm in right now... trying to lose weight before Summer. And, you know, bathing suits *shudder*. SO let's confess, what are the foods that do you in? Is the problem WHAT you eat, or how MUCH you eat? What have you found to be the best (healthy) way to drop pounds quickly?
