Yay! I hope she had fun! What was her favorite birthday present? Today is Austin's 5th Birthday and I'm going to go get him a monkey. He is in the phase when he loves monkeys and snowmen....yyyeaaahhh! lol :O)
I think her favorite present was her Hannah Montana guitar from her friend Alexa. She has had SO much fun with that thing!

I can't believe that Kennedy's 5! She sure doesn't look it! I was just wondering, if you're going to get Kennedy and Keeghan's birthday pictures taken? I just love seeing those professional pictures! They are too cute!
Oh yes! We actually had them scheduled for week before last, but things have been hectic here so I need to reschedule. They WILL be done before the end of the month! LOL

I got it off this CD. They have TONS of names to choose from! Kass and Kam have Veggie Tale ones from when they were little and they have an Elmo one I want to get for Keeghan.

I studied a lot of html tutorial sites. Before blogging we had a regular website full of pictures and stuff, but MAN it was difficult to update. I did all my own coding for it though. I lost all the links to the tutorial sites in my computer crash but I'm sure if you google "html tutorials" you'll learn more than you ever wanted to know! LOL

You can order a kit through the mail via marrow.org. It's REALLY easy, you just have to swab your cheek and mail it back in.

Thank you for posting about all the little ones needing our prayers. There is so much sickness going on all around and it such a blessing knowing that people such as yourself is keeping us aware of them so we can keep them in our prayers.

That was a great video....are you keeping track of how much you raise? I know that helped some people who were raising funds. Because many people don't realize just how long it takes and assume that if you aren't asking everyday, then you must have enough! Tacking it was a good thing for alot of people! Just wondering!

This was great! I've been following your story since way before Kennedy was even a thought in your mind let alone Kellsey as you know ;). Hearing the story in your words though and how passionate you really are about this will have a huge impact though! Would you mind if I added this to my blog? I love your story Renee....I did not know the horrible life these kids could eventually live. I knew that they were usually institutionalized (which is so sad that their parents are missing out on raising them) but I didn't know that the mortality rate was so high. Please share more about fundraisers you may do online that we can partake in. Or do you simply have a fund?
We do have a fund... if you go to Kellsey's blog you will see the chip in on the left side. There is also a link to donate to our family through Reece's Rainbow which would make your donation tax deductible. I do hope to do more online fundraising soon, I just need to get my head together! Renee! I'm still around...I've just been very very off the radar. The marriage is great...that part of life is actually saving time because we don't have to do the "dating" thing anymore (I like multi-tasking). Plus it's really nice to have my best friend just a room away the majority of the time. Work, on the other hand, is keeping me busy ALL OF THE TIME! Things are finally starting to settle down...but don't think I'm not still trying to think of an excuse to get your family down here for a visit....my new house is right across from a really neat swimming pool, tennis courts, THREE playgrounds, ball fields and a really nice walking trail...plenty of reason to come down for a visit I think!
