I thought a snuggie would be a good idea except my back would get cold. Then I realized I could turn it around to keep my back warm ... but what would I have? A robe of course! No need to spend the $$ on a snuggie when I already have a robe.
OMG! Ok, I live on the tundra with four dogs, and would NEVER put one of these on my dogs! That's just plain silly! And, for those of you who put your small dogs in strollers, did you know your dog can walk farther than YOU in 1/2 the time? Let 'em use their legs and walk! And doggie boots? Unless you're in the city, and your dog is walking on sidewalks with salt, Just say NO to doggie boots! Stop trying to humanize your dogs! Ok...taking a breath..dusting myself off, and jumping OFF my soapbox now. >snicker<
I may or may not be a Snuggie owner, but I do not own a dog or a dog Snuggie... if your house is so cold your fur-covered dog needs a coat, I think it may be too cold.
Absolutely ridiculous! Just think what they could do towards a cure for cancer it they quit wasting money on stupid stuff! For pete's sake, dogs have a built-in snuggie..it is called fur!
Snuggies, Sweaters, boots, costumes... What is even worse is the PottyPatch (synthetic grass so that your dog can "go" indoors) Mutt is ready to eat, Does anyone have a spoon I can borrow???? Never mind he found his doggie dish.
Our dog is our child! We have no kids. The only thing that we go overboard with is dog toys for him. If our dog gets cold, he will drag one of our throw blankets and curl up on it. Or if our bedroom door is open, he will get under the covers. He knows how to survive. LOL! Not wasting money on something useless. But then again, I live like a pauper day to day so I can live like a queen on vacations!
first of all i have a little dog, and when i take her outside to go to the bathroom,in the winter time, she shakes because she is too cold. Not all dogs are going to need something extra to keep them warm but some do like a chihuahua. i can't believe people who don't like them, care enough to blog about them.

Welcome!
Welcome to my blog where I take on day to day life with my four amazing children: Kassidy, Kameron, Kennedy & Keeghan, and a husband in the Military. Join us as we face issues with Down syndrome, Leukemia, Deployments, and every day life with 4 young kids! You'll be in for the ride of your life!
My name is Renee, I am 34 years old, I am married to the Army... oh wait I mean I'm married to a Soldier, my hero. Same thing right? I am a misplaced Californian who lives in Colorado by way of Tennessee. I am a mini-van driving soccer mom... I always knew I would be! I am blessed to be able to stay home with my 4 amazing kids. Kassidy: my beautiful, too smart for her own good, funny, dramatic 13 year old who is starting her teen years with grace. Kameron: My high strung, smart, artistic, creative, silly, sometimes mysterious 11 year old who loves musical theater and acting. My 9 year old diva, Kennedy: who will most often be found dancing or dreaming of Justin Bieber. She's destined for the stars! and Keeghan: my crazy, funny, silly, handsome 6 year old monkey who loves to ask me a million questions all day long... I'm so incredibly blessed.

I just told my husband about these yesterday. He wondered if they realize dogs come with built in blankets called fur.
I have yet to talk to anyone who actually owns a snuggie. Any one? anyone?

ROFL! You know what's worse? That "theme song" they have with the commercials now -- "Get on your Snuggie!!!!" Ha, now it's stuck in YOUR head now!

Love the blog!
i agree until i saw how much money this man has made from selling them
Someone sure had enough time on there hands to make this...animals have fur for a reason :)
Oh my gosh, thats the dumbest thing I've ever seen. Me and my hubby make fun of the other snuggie's. Now we have something else to make fun of.
Confession: I want one. For me AND my dog.
I'm a NERD!!
