Today Kennedy and several other kids with special needs from around the Middle Tennessee area spent the day on the set of the movie "A Pure Country Gift" which will come out in theaters Fall 2010.
Kennedy had a blast! The set was on Charlie Daniel's property which is just amazing! She met a lot of really cool people... including Dean Cain! She took an instant liking to him, and him to her! He spent a lot of time holding her, it was so cute! He is a REALLY great guy... so down to earth! During filming she sat on the lap of Dean's sister. At one point she told me she had to go to the bathroom right when they were going to start filming a scene. I asked her to PLEASE hold it for just a few minutes, then told Dean that her claim to fame would probably be peeing in his sister's lap! LOL He cracked up and said, "That would be awesome! I hope she does!" LOL Fortunately she was able to hold it!
George Strait was there but we didn't get to meet him, he escaped to his trailer as soon as his scene was over. There were so many other great people, and I think it's going to be an awesome movie! Kennedy and the other kids were part of the "benefit concert" for kids with special needs. I won't give away the whole plot of the movie, but it sounds like it's going to be a good family film!
We are going back tomorrow to film a different scene, something with horses. Kennedy will be really excited about that! The only thing I goofed up with today was that I forgot my camera! Can you believe that?! Some friends were there with their kids though so they got pictures for me. As soon as I get them I will pass them along! :) It's been an exciting day!

How awesome! Don't forget your camera tomorrow. How could anyone NOT think Kennedy was the most precious child anyway. Can't wait to see this movie, part 1 was great!! Loved Frank's update.

Is there a reason Kellseys hair is so short? I know some institutes do it for sanitary reasons.
I don't know if he can get his hands on any... But let franl know tgat Desitin is great for baby/ toddler facial out breaks. When he takes her in have him rub it completely in.
