So I know my Picture of the Day is technically over, but I didn't actually take these pictures, so they don't really count! ;) Every year our church has one big day of service for the city called Operation Serve, where hundreds of people spread out all over Clarksville and... well... serve! It's awesome! We have been part of Operation Serve the last few years and look forward to it each year. They have tons of different projects that people can sign up for so no talent goes to waste!
This year Kameron and I signed up for Random Acts of Kindness, which is the same thing we did last year and we LOVED it. Unfortunately, I woke up extremely sick that morning and was unable to go. I was so bummed out! Fortunately, Kameron was able to jump in with my mom and Kassidy on their project so he still got to go. He was a little upset at the thought of not being able to do anything.
So, my mom, Kassidy and Kameron did the Teddy Bear project. They made teddy bears (over 100 I think) for the police station to give to kids who are in accidents or victims of crimes. Hopefully these bears will help comfort a scared or hurt child. Kass and my mom did this last year too, but most of the bears were destroyed in the flood last May.
From the pictures someone at the church took, it looks like the kids had a lot of fun!! :) You can check out all the hundreds of pictures from ALL the Operation Serve projects right here. Great job Grace Community Church! We're proud of you! :)

What do you mean no more pictures? I love your POTD! Think about continuing the POTD! PLLLEEEAAASSEEE?????
Thank you for doing this Kass and Kam! I was an EMT and I rode on lots of ambulances when people got hurt, and we give kids teddy bears and stuffed animals when they get hurt or their mommies and daddies do... It makes a big difference!
