Happy 9th Birthday Kameron!!

It's finally here, another birthday! Today you are older and wiser and probably funnier than you've ever been before! :) I can't believe you are nine! I am hoping that today will be filled with lots of great surprises for you... cupcakes at school, a special dinner tonight and hopefully one great big surprise, if it gets here on time... we'll pray!

Every year on your birthday I talk about your sense of humor, so this year I'm not going to do that... much. This year what I've seen come out in you the most is your creativity! I love seeing your wonderful artwork and creations that you make. You are an amazing artist, and I think God has given you a wonderful gift! I hope that you will continue to work on your pictures, and the awesome stories that you make up to go with them, and let your imagination run. You never know where it could lead you!

Kameron, you are such a wonderful brother to all your siblings. I love to see you run around the house with them and make up silly games to keep them laughing. Even when I tell you to, "Please be quieter!" I enjoy sitting back and watching you all play. You are teaching them so much every day and they look up to you and love you a lot.

Thank you for helping me out around the house while Daddy has been gone. You have really stepped up and taken over a lot of chores, some of them without me even asking! I love that you volunteer to take out the trash when the can is full because you know I really hate doing that, and I love that you'll kill spiders for me! :) You are going to make such a great husband someday! (I know, I know, girls are gross... but they won't always be, I promise!)

I pray that being nine is as "totally awesome" as you think it will be, my boy! I love that you're looking forward to this next year as one big adventure! Life is an adventure and you, my son, have made my life so much more fun! I thank God every day that He gave me you. Happy Birthday!
