Alabama Pictures - Part 1

OK, now that I have time to sit and breathe, here are some pictures from our trip! I took a lot so I'm breaking them up by event. I didn't take any pictures on Thursday. We drove down that day, checked into our hotel and just spent the day hanging out and resting. We haven't done that in a long time, so it was actually really nice! We ordered in dinner and went to bed early. Ahhh!

Friday we got up, ate breakfast at the hotel and then took off to the McWane Science Center to meet up with Jolie and some of her kids. We got there before she did, so Frank took off with Kass and Kam to go explore while I stayed with the little three in the play area they had there. It was super fun! Keeghan wasn't feeling so hot at this point, but he still had fun.

After we left the Science Center, we went to the movies to see Hop. I thought it was very fitting for Easter Weekend! Then we went back to George and Jolie's house to hang out. Frank and George ran to the store so Frank could cook dinner for everyone while the kids played and in the meantime, Keeghan got worse. His fever spiked and every time he coughed he cried that his chest hurt. Jolie called her pediatrician and they advised that we take him to the ER. I'm glad that we did, because it turns out that he had pneumonia. Poor kid!! They gave him a shot of Rocephin and he felt a lot better on Saturday. SO that's the end of our Friday! More later.
