My Memories - Our Cancer Journey and a GIVEAWAY!!!

It's been a long time since I've done a giveaway on here and I actually have TWO coming up! This is the first one and it's really, really good, especially if you have kids or love to take pictures or both!!

I was contacted by the people at My Memories who asked me if I would like to try out their software and do a review here on my blog. I said, "absolutely!" I have heard about this digital scrapbooking software before and it looked so cool!! Basically this software is online scrapbooking. It's a great way to organize pictures and then print them or share them online in a fun way. I had heard it was really easy, but I figured I would believe it when I saw it. ;)

SO the people at My Memories gave me a code to download their software, which took me awhile because of my internet connection here... I swear the mountains are jinxing me... but their tech support was awesome and helped me right away! I got it downloaded and went to work this morning. Then I had to decide what kind of layout I was going to do.

I figured since it is September, what better to do than our journey through Childhood Cancer. So, here are some pages that I threw together...

I can't wait to see how beautifully it prints out, too!! And there are SO many different layouts for EVERY different occasion. I just knew that this one fit my little drama queen perfectly! ;)

SO I get to give away a copy of this software to one of you lucky readers FREE!!! And trust me, you'll have so much fun with this (and if you live near the mountains like me, I can even help you troubleshoot any downloading issues now! haha). So how do you enter?! It's so easy!! Just go to My Memories and tell me in a comment here on my blog what your favorite layout is. There are SO many great ones to choose from! You can also follow My Memories on their blog, on twitter and on facebook for lots of great design ideas and tips to make your pages look even better! As always, if you spread the word of this giveaway via facebook or your blog, please leave me a separate comment telling me you did so for an extra entry! The giveaway will end 10 days from today on September 20, 2011. I will choose a winner via random.org.

In the meantime, if you just can't wait and REALLY want to to download the software RIGHT now, you can use this coupon code right here and get $10 off your software immediately! (Please copy and paste to be sure it works.) Can't beat that deal!! STMMMS24243 In addition to that, $20 will go to The Charlie Porter Research Grant for Childhood Leukemia EVERY time this code is used! SO you will save on fun software AND you will be helping researchers fight childhood cancer at the same time!  Thanks My Memories for this great opportunity!!!

I love reading your blog!!! I am a grandmother of two boys and a mother of two wonderful daughters. What a great way to publish and show off memories! I would have to go with the road trip theme because my boys love cars and trucks! Tell Kennedy she is beautiful with or without hair!

Oh my, Monica sent me over to your blog... but, I think I would have to choose Sail away with me or something similar. My husband is wanting to put all of his photos from his deployment in to an album/scrapbook or something similar to this digital scrapbooking which I have NEVER USed but it looks SO cool! This would be perfect! Will be saving the site and maybe trying something out! But winning would be a HUGE bonus!

OH how I would love to try this program. I have been wishing I could get ph*t*sh*p so that I could play with it and do all the sun stuff everyone does with it. Unfortunately I cannot afford it, so if I could win this would be awesome. As you know I do not have any way of sharing other than my mouth and email. LOL!!

It is really hard to choose a favorite for there are just to many to choose from. I do like Chrished template one, or Together Forever. If I had them I already know the pictures I would add to them.

The picture of Kennedy where just precious. I know it was not a fun time for any of you and Thank God she is in remission.

Love,
Sheila

Cancer Sucks big time! Not sure which one I would choose, there are so many to pick from, but I need to do a scrapbook of Marissa's life so badly. She would have been 16 today, but is forever 8. Tomorrow marks 8 years since she earned her purple angel wings and is our Jalin's 8th birthday as well tomorrow. Jalin's Chinese name means: Love & Life Proceeding through the ashes. A beautiful message, but cancer still sucks & our hearts remain broken 4ever. Loved Kennedy's pages from her cancer journal & am thankful that she's continuing to KICK Cancers Butt!
Blessings, Kim
