Show and Share

Every week Keeghan has show and share at his school. They have to bring something that starts with the letter of the week. As soon as Keeghan figured this out, he started asking, "When is M week?!" He waited not so patiently for M week to arrive. When I got January's calendar, I saw M week way at the bottom... and I made the mistake of telling him that it was coming soon. Every day he asked me, "Is it M week yet?!"

Finally today is the day! He chose one of his favorite monkeys and then he took in this picture...

It's amazing how many monkeys we've collected over the years... some of those were mine when I was younger... good thing I'm a pack rat, huh?! LOL I think M week will be a success!

Praying in Seattle!
Psalms 69:1-3, 13 Save me, O God; for the waters are come in unto my soul. I sink in deep mire, where there is no standing: I am come into deep waters, where the floods overflow me. I am weary of my crying: my throat is dried: mine eyes fail while I wait for my God...But as for me, my prayer is unto thee, O LORD, in an acceptable time: O God, in the multitude of thy mercy hear me, in the truth of thy salvation.

What are you going to do if he outgrows monkeys? You'll want to keep all of them for the memories. lol
