Spring Forward!

Don't forget to Spring Forward tonight before you go to bed or you'll be late to church tomorrow! ;) I actually love this time of year!! I of course don't look forward to losing the hour of sleep, but I LOVE that it stays light a little later. It keeps me motivated to get things done. It makes it so much easier for all the after school activities we have going on...

Kassidy will no longer end her soccer practice in the dark, I won't be driving home from dance in the dark anymore, and it just puts me in a better mood when the sun is shining... and we all know, when mama's happy... everyone's happy! ;)

The only thing that's really going to confuse me is that Frank will NOT Spring Forward in Afghanistan. I had it all squared away in my head... he was 12 1/2 hours ahead of me. And now he's not. It will probably take me 6 months to get used to that. Oh well. Can't have everything, right?! :)

SO what's your opinion? Do you like to Spring Forward? Fall Back? Or do you wish everyone would just leave the clocks alone already??

I like it...just don't like missing that hour but I'll survive!

We live in Indiana. We never moved our clocks until just a few years ago. We do not like it much. It is nice to not have to always wonder what time it is elsewhere in the U.S. but I'd have preferred everyone stopped using the time change. Figure out a time that works year-round and go with it! ;)

I agree with you but hate the few month or so when it is back to being dark again when I get up to run. I also had the birds that wake me up every single morning at 4:15 for the first couple of months.

Actually, who am I kidding? I hate all birds, not just the ones that wake me up.

I have to say I'm not a fan of the time change, but that's because of the shift I work. I wake up at 3:15 am, so the first week of the time change is extra hard and then trying to fall asleep when the sun is out is hard too.
