Where to Eat in Tennessee - Blackhorse Pub and Brewery

One of the few food places we miss from Clarksville is The Blackhorse Pub and Brewery. Tucked away on Franklin Street in Downtown Clarksville, this restaurant is great for families, date night or girl's night out. They also have a separate room you can book for events or parties.

So what's so special about Blackhorse? Lots of things!! They are famous for their specialty pizzas. My favorite is the Whitehorse Pizza with alfredo sauce, fresh spinach, sun dried tomatoes and artichokes. I usually add grilled chicken as well and add the garlic crust. Kameron and Kassidy like the sausage and pepperoni, while Kennedy goes for their mac and cheese specially baked in it's own little dish and OH so good!

They also have great sandwiches like the Boo Radley, or you can choose an entree of steak, chicken, pork or fish. There is literally something for everyone here. First though, before you decide on your meal, you absolutely must order the beer cheese dip. It comes with lots of tortilla chips and your whole family will love it! Don't worry, the alcohol is cooked out. ;)

After dinner, talk a walk downtown. There's lots of great little shops and other gems to find. If you're PCSing to Ft. Campbell or just going to visit Clarksville, don't pass up Blackhorse. It truly is one of a kind.

Praying in Seattle!
Psalms 28:6-7 Blessed be the LORD, because he hath heard the voice of my supplications. The LORD is my strength and my shield; my heart trusted in him, and I am helped: therefore my heart greatly rejoiceth; and with my song will I praise him.

Lifting up prayers right now!
Psalms 28:8-9 The LORD is their strength, and he is the saving strength of his anointed. Save thy people, and bless thine inheritance: feed them also, and lift them up for ever.
