I need a vacation...

From our vacation!! ;) We are doing well here in Southern CA! We've been enjoying seeing friends, going to the beach, Knott's Berry Farm, the movies and lots of other places :). Frank got in the night of the 4th just in time for fireworks (which I'm pretty sure he thinks were planned just for him!) haha.  Tomorrow we are heading to Disneyland and the kids are oh so excited! We have another week here still and we are packing in the fun! :) I have lots of pictures to share of course, but that will have to wait until we get home. Anyway my phone is about to die but I wanted to let you know we are still alive and everyone is having a great time!! I'll check in again the end of the week!

So glad everyone is doing well. How perfect for Frank to get hoe just in time for fireworks! Would love the gluten-free pancake recipe for Aziza ... are they also dairy-free?

My husband is tying to get to Knotts Berry and Disneyland. He's a coaster fanatic and loves parks. Have fun.

At least you weren't in San Diego for the fireworks!
Praying!
Romans 5:1-4 Therefore being justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ: By whom also we have access by faith into this grace wherein we stand, and rejoice in hope of the glory of God. And not only so, but we glory in tribulations also: knowing that tribulation worketh patience; And patience, experience; and experience, hope:

You guys are here for some great weather!! Although it got pretty hot today which I wasn't expecting! Hope the you all have fun at Disneyland tomorrow! My plan when it gets too hot at Disneyland is always to go on one of the water rides (Splash Mountain or Grizzly River Run), then you feel nice and cool while your clothes dry off! :)

Thank you from my family to yours.. So glad all is going well with the California kids and the Tenn kid and gramma.. What a great time for Kellsey to have all the attention and the air conditioned house.. I'm sure the other kids are having a blast out in the heat... Renee hope you can get a quiet dinner in there with Frank.. Be safe!!!

Know that I'm always here praying!
Isaiah 53:4-6 Surely he hath borne our griefs, and carried our sorrows: yet we did esteem him stricken, smitten of God, and afflicted. But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed. All we like sheep have gone astray; we have turned every one to his own way; and the LORD hath laid on him the iniquity of us all.

We have hope because of all Christ went through! Praying for you right now!!!
Isaiah 53:7-10: He was oppressed, and he was afflicted, yet he opened not his mouth: he is brought as a lamb to the slaughter, and as a sheep before her shearers is dumb, so he openeth not his mouth. He was taken from prison and from judgment: and who shall declare his generation? for he was cut off out of the land of the living: for the transgression of my people was he stricken. And he made his grave with the wicked, and with the rich in his death; because he had done no violence, neither was any deceit in his mouth. Yet it pleased the LORD to bruise him; he hath put him to grief: when thou shalt make his soul an offering for sin, he shall see his seed, he shall prolong his days, and the pleasure of the LORD shall prosper in his hand.

Praying right now!
Psalms 86:1-4 Bow down thine ear, O LORD, hear me: for I am poor and needy. Preserve my soul; for I am holy: O thou my God, save thy servant that trusteth in thee. Be merciful unto me, O Lord: for I cry unto thee daily. Rejoice the soul of thy servant: for unto thee, O Lord, do I lift up my soul.

Continuing to pray!
Psalms 86:5-7 For thou, Lord, art good, and ready to forgive; and plenteous in mercy unto all them that call upon thee. Give ear, O LORD, unto my prayer; and attend to the voice of my supplications. In the day of my trouble I will call upon thee: for thou wilt answer me.

Glad you saw your team win!
Am here praying!
Psalms 27:1, 4-5 The LORD is my light and my salvation; whom shall I fear? the LORD is the strength of my life; of whom shall I be afraid?...One thing have I desired of the LORD, that will I seek after; that I may dwell in the house of the LORD all the days of my life, to behold the beauty of the LORD, and to enquire in his temple. For in the time of trouble he shall hide me in his pavilion: in the secret of his tabernacle shall he hide me; he shall set me up upon a rock.

Know that you're always in my thoughts and prayers!
Psalms 27:7-9 Hear, O LORD, when I cry with my voice: have mercy also upon me, and answer me. When thou saidst, Seek ye my face; my heart said unto thee, Thy face, LORD, will I seek. Hide not thy face far from me; put not thy servant away in anger: thou hast been my help; leave me not, neither forsake me, O God of my salvation.

Isaiah 41:10, 13 Fear thou not; for I am with thee: be not dismayed; for I am thy God: I will strengthen thee; yea, I will help thee; yea, I will uphold thee with the right hand of my righteousness. (13) For I the LORD thy God will hold thy right hand, saying unto thee, Fear not; I will help thee.
